NORTH EAST JUNIOR CHESS ASSOCIATION

The AGM of the North-East Junior Chess Association will be held at Mastrick Community Centre Greenfern Road, Aberdeen  AB16 6TR on Tuesday June 30th 2015 at 7.15 pm (upstairs room). Anyone with an interest in local junior chess is welcome and has the right to speak at the meeting. Voting rights, however, are restricted to Committee members and representatives of those schools or clubs who have entered either 4 different players in total into the various individual NEJCA competitions this season (2014-15) or entered a team in the Evening Express primary team event. Schools or clubs with voting rights will be informed directly. Minutes of the 2014 AGM are available HERE.

The formal AGM will be followed immediately by a short meeting of the newly-elected Committee with the intention to activate any specific outcomes from the AGM that need to be addressed during the summer e.g. put in train any bookings etc needed. Items likely to be discussed include:
